Based on the design, the dissection during the operation is planned as follows: dissect to the parasternal line at the medial level; dissect to the new inframammary fold line at the inferior level; dissect to the anterior axillary line at the lateral level; and dissect to the line parallel to the clavicle at the superior level.

The axillary incision line is designed on the skinfold near the superior part of the axilla at the bulging skin between two creases rather than in the caved-in parallel creases. The author designs the incision line approximately 1 cm medial to the breast.
